Why cards?

The thing is that we shouldn’t care about the actual cards but the conversation that potentially can unfold from using them. Cards are prompts that allow deeper conversation to take place from the standpoint different lenses and perspectives. They provide a map and an overview about a topic. Cards can act as an interface and they are flexible.

It’s a tool that introduce complexity into your process without making it too complicated. What do you think, what’s more important, this or this?
