Order confirmation

When you have confirmed your order, an order confirmation is sent to you via e-mail, then a second confirmation when we have dispatched your order.

Experience shows that orders to Brazil can take some extra time due to Customs handling.

Customs fees & duty

Important: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs fees or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to orders outside the EU.



In the case of delayed dispatch you have the right to cancel the purchase. Please note that delays in customs and transit are outside our control.


Purchase on approval and right to exchange

You have the right to open the package in order to take a closer look at the product. In case you would like to return or exchange the product, you will pay the return shipping cost yourself. Products you wish to return shold be sent to the following address:

Complaints and defective goods

When it comes to complaints or defective goods, MethodKit follows the Swedish consumer law Konsumentköplagen. MethodKit pays the shipping cost in case of product errors. Remember to keep your receipt if you return a product. Please contact MethodKit before returning a product.
